Proposal from Vietnam Peace Commemoration Committee

Filed under:
Approaching the 50th Anniversary of the Paris Peace Agreement (January 1973) –signifying the end of the US War in Vietnam, the Vietnam Peace Commemoration Committee is offering to partner with academic institutions to create individual programs or a full-conference on the “Power of Protest”–the role of peace activism during that period.

For more details, see the attached. The organizers of this program are also interested in connecting these past events with current challenges.
This could be an excellent educational opportunity for students. For more information, contact John McAuliff:   jmcauliff@gmail.com.
